Nomad Pizza started as a wood-fired oven on the back of a vintage 1948 REO Speedwagon. with a Focus on simplicity and authenticity, we embraced the basics—fresh local ingredients, long fermented dough, and wood-fired ovens. nomad has since grown into three Brick and Mortar restaurants in the Central New Jersey/Philadelphia area. Tom Grim (Nomad Co-founder) now brings this concept to Brunswick, ME.

So why Maine?

Tom has roots here in Maine. Tom’s son Aaron and daughter-in-law briis founded Cosmic Goat Farm & Creamery in Litchfield, me specializing in fresh organic goat cheese.
